Returns & Refunds – Overview
Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your item, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered to you.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged by non-sale items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will need the information and receipt of the person who purchased the item in order to exchange.
